This was our third time staying there every time we go back it’s awesome. I would recommend this resort to anybody because you got breakfast and dinner included and it is a great deal for the price.

Overall my stay here was great, easy access to the beach with beach chairs. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The room was okay, seemed a little old and in the shower the soap holder was broke. Great place to stay if you are looking for something with, pool and access to beach.

Very good breakfast, Check in did take Longer due to minimum staff and their English isn’t the best.. The cleaners were very noisy when they were in the corridors with lots of banging doors , the pool area is nice and clean and the patio area is also very nice, Seri ed it’s purpose for 2 night stay before a cruise, but if I was staying in Miami for a longer time, I would choose a different hotel

Breakfast has a lot of choice, Beach and parasol are all new and in excellent condition. Private access to the beach and surrounding area all looks nice. Rooms are clean and I can see palm trees bear young coconuts outside of the window along with beautiful street view.

The hotel itself is somewhat lacklustre- rooms are Cold and stark…. No artwork or anything…hallways look like army barracks and it’s loud because there’s nothing at all to absorb sound. Pool is nice, beach too, good location Breakfast buffet is good, lots of choices. Dinner buffet is not worth having…. Was disappointing. Pretty lobby, staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

I loved the property, the breakfast buffet was on point. The room was so so....it just didn't match what you walked into when you entered the hotel. We caught the bus a lot....the stop was right out front...and the free trolley into south beach was out front. The staff was amazing. They need to put microwaves in the room. We had food and couldn't heat it up...so we ended up throwing it away. Other then that Miami doesn't owe us nothing....we would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel’s beachfront location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the ocean view and having the beach just steps away made the entire experience feel like a true vacation. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt relaxing and effortless from the moment we arrived. The beach was gorgeous, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront hotel with excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing location, I highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌊☀️

The rooms don’t have blankets, there was a “blanket” in the closet, but it was not even remotely soft and felt like covering up with a rug. The toilet was broken the whole stay, we had to fix it ourselves multiple times. The pool closed before dinner time. The property was a great location, the beach was beautiful, and staff was friendly, but for the price of the stay it felt very mediocre.

Overall stay was pleasant. Great views and access to the public beach. Free shuttle which runs up and down Collins Ave. Buffet breakfast has a nice selection of tasty items. My only gripe was the elevators. Elevators are small and it can get pretty busy depending on the season. The elevators get bogged down easily and can take pretty long to come. Lastly, your room key card only allows you access to the floor that you're staying on. I traveled with family and we were all on different floors. This made it difficult to visit other rooms; however, from a safety precaution I can understand why they do it. Overall great stay!
