About this property
Waterfront! Boat dock available for rent, pet friendly, families welcome!
- This 4-bedroom villa is located on a dead-end street and is right on the canal. As you enter the house your will find a cozy breakfast nook on your right-hand side. The kitchen is well equipped and the connecting dining room area offers enough room to host your group. The living room has a comfortable couch and a large TV. This villa has free WIFI.
On the back porch is a nice dining set and a BBQ. A nice place to enjoy your drinks and watch the boats go out and come in to the Marina.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King and its own TV. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. You will also find a half-bath on the first floor.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a Queen and the fourth bedroom has two Twins and they share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This villa has a two-car garage. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located behind your house.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large deck and lounge chairs.
