Awesome place to stay , clean house , big driveway for boat parking , had everything we needed in the kitchen and grill on the deck . Beds were comfortable and nice living rm. will definitely stay here again .

Very nice property! Very peaceful very clean everything where he said it was gonna be no trouble getting into the house. Everything was perfect. The only issue I had was his neighbor stating that his driveway was private and nobody can use his private driveway so be aware of that guys.

Homosassa trip 2025

Great place to stay and very affordable. This home has en extremely well stocked kitchen! I didn't want for anything and we cooked a variety of different meals during our stay. The home doesn't have a garbage disposal or a dishwasher but I didn't expect it to. The bed mattresses could use an upgrade but none of us were uncomfortable. This property is exactly as described and we had a wonderful time here. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

Our stay was great! The check-in process and communication with the host was extremely easy. The home was clean with plenty of towels and sheets. Our kids had fun with board games and cards during our down time at the house. I would choose this place to stay for our future trips to Homosassa. Thank you.

This place was beautiful! The surroundings, the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The owners were very helpful through the whole process of getting it, and during! We had fun as a family playing the games they provided and watching our Christmas movie. We didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come visit again! Thank you!!!

Great Location- Highly Recommended- Nice Home

Home has everything you will need- great location, plenty of dining options here. Suggest- The Freezer and the Old Mill Tavern-- never was able to get to the Coast but that dining option looked good too. Home is really comfortable, huge king bed, two smaller bedrooms (we were only 2 people so didnt need those); All amenities provided. You will not be disappointed. AAA++

Manatee weekend.

My friends and us stayed the weekend at this unit and had a wonderful relaxing weekend. It was roomy, clean and had everything we need. The kitchen had everything we need. There were books, movies, and games. I have already share our experience with friends and suggested for future stays. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

Secluded and relaxing

Easy to let the world melt away outside. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and had dinner there every night. Washer and dryer is modern as well so, i did the linens and made it my own. Tim (owner) is nice and seems like a man on the up and up.

The Stay That Almost Wasn’t

Our stay was a two night stay, had a problem accessing the code for entry, called vrbo to which they called property owner, waited for response was about to cancel when owner contacted us and was able to access. Very clean & cozy 3/2 with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Even though we waited for about 45 min. and almost drained by mosquitoes we had a great family stay and enjoyed a quiet and relaxing property.

Lovely country like setting

Lovely country-like setting. Great for outdoor activities and a camp fire for roasting marshmallows for s'mores! The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to fix Thanksgiving dinner for seven people. The closets were well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. There are many activities for all ages nearby. Tim, the host, was easy to communicate with. Always prompt, courteous and helpful.
