Find Hotel with a Concierge in Cuenca

I stayed in the panoramic apartment with amazing views of old town Cuenca. Great location. One block to Parque Calderon. Tia store across the street and bakery downstairs. Very cozy and clean unit. I’ll definitely stay here again. All the staff was lovely.

My husband and I so enjoyed our three night stay here over Easter. Everything was superb, and I can't recommend it enough. We had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and the food and service were so good, we weren't tempted to have dinner anywhere else. Choose a table in the conservatory, which is like dining in a jewel box. I highly recommend the strawberry "carpaccio" served with basil ice cream. Beautiful, clever and very tasty!

Absolutely gorgeous property - amazing design, very clean, high ceilings, rooftop view, beautiful interior.

We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.

I liked very much the great breakfast, the room very clean, good atmosphere, all the staff very friendly was there for one month I am thinking about the next trip very soon

Having spent a week here I grew to appreciate all the little things that added to the comfort of my stay. Family owned and run, the level of service was both personal and top shelf. I have traveled the world and don't stop to spend time reviewing one corporate run hotel over another but here I am happy to spread the good word for this lovely family and boutique hotel. Classic colonial hotel steps to the historic district, we regretted leaving.

Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets...

Very nice place, noisy on Sat.night

We have visited Cuenca several times and always stay in the historic district. This is the best hotel ever. It is beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. It has a beautiful dinning room and the breakfasts were very good--and included in the price of the room. We look forward to going back!

It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .

This was my first visit to Cuenca, and I absolutely loved the city. Hotel Azul de la Plaza was an excellent base to explore the Centro Historico. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and above all, very comfortable. The location really cannot be beat, the price was more than reasonable, and there was parking available in a secure lot. When I come back to Cuenca, I will absolutely stay here again.

We enjoy staying at this hotel! I gave it five stars! The suite was clean, I email the hotel and asked for extra towels before arriving, they came through! Concierge were very attentive, breakfast the next morning was delicious!! Overall we had a great experience! 😊

The lady at the front Desk was really Exellent and very profesional. Thanks for let me know step by step all information

Fue una estadía de 1 noche y todo estuvo excelente. Muy bien desayuno

love the place!!

I loved the location. It was close to the San Sebastian park and an easy walk to Calle Larga. The hotel called a taxi for me more than once and the driver charged a lower rate than just hailing a taxi myself. The provided a nice self-serve breakfast that included eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, bread, cheese, juice and coffee or tea. I probably missed something, but the fact that it was self-service made it fast, which I really appreciated.
