“The place is amazing I highly recommend!
The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming.
If you live nature this is the spot for you!
However, I went for my cousins wedding and I booked THE PRESIDENTIAL room since most of the brides family was going to be coming into my room for hair and makeup. We needed the extra room. On the contrary I got a junior suite. My suite number was 218, which was way small than what I asked AND PAID FOR. My room only had 1 bathroom instead of the 2……

“Great location near many tourist attractions, and the room was beautiful with nice décor and lighting. Very friendly staff aswell.
The only downside was the laundry service. I was told in advance on Whatsapp and again at the front desk that it could be done, and even after I let the front-desk person know (twice) it never was done. It would have been helpful to know upfront, especially since there were nearby options. Overall, a good stay, just a lack of a follow through with certain services……

“Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. ”
