“Lovely small and homely hotel .Had a comfortable bed and enjoyed waking up to the view out to sea.The toilet and shower could do with being upgraded but was still clean and acceptable.The staff were excellent and very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast we had was very tasty and well prepared.I would especially recommend the Cullen skink.
We enjoyed a walk along the beach on a lovely evening which we needed after our very delicious and filling evening meal.”

“It was really special to experience a fisherman’s cottage in a genuine fishing village. Could not have been better than in the home of Cullen Skink. As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. You aren’t very far from the ocean even if you’re not in the front row. It’s clean, warm and comfortable. Could do with a cheese grater.”

“We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided gave us lots of choices and was very generous each day. We had a spacious sitting room and bathroom as well.

“Everything about our 3 night stay was perfect, the staff were fantastic, the food at breakfast was varied and a great choice. The restaurant was great and the views from our room over inverboyndie bay was outstanding. Will definitely be back wether staying or dining.”
