"Cute place, plenty of room, quite area. When booking the place house rules were not disclosed. This was provided a day prior to our stay. I respect not smoking in the house, but making a house rule not to smoke on the property seems a little off and could be charged a cleaning fee. This should be listed on the booking, and not told to a person who is traveling hours with limited time to find a different place to stay. Another lack of communication.
