This property was a disappointment compared to other Hilton Vacation Resorts we have stayed at for several reasons: 1. The accessible room I reserved was not available for first two nights. They waived the resort fee but put us in small non-accessible room with a tub (not walk in shower) and no grab bars etc. When we finally got moved to the room we booked it was much bigger and what I expected with issues. See below. 2. The kitchen, while having nice counter tops and cabinets was sparcely provisioned. No mixing bowls, no mixer, no grater, and only 4 of everything (plates, utensils, etc.) The spoons and forks were for baby/salad. 3. No gas grills for grilling on property, just charcoal. 4. TV is satellite and gives you no names of channels or program names. You can not click to auto advance channels. You have to use a chart to determine channels. Figuring out how to adjust volume was difficult. 5. Had to search internet to determine how to get Samsung dishwasher to start. It was stuck in lock and would not start without special reset. 6. Showed up at pool at 10:45 AM on a Saturday and the gate was padlocked. No explanation. Other families waiting to. No one at aquatics office. Went to front desk and they said they thought there was a thunder warning, but did not know for sure, and could not contact anyone to explain. Pool eventually opened about 15 minutes later without explanation.

The location is priceless and it’s a beautiful property! We had the beachfront room that allowed us to simply walk out to the beach from our room. The room was updated, clean and the terrace was a great and relaxing addition. We did have breakfast and Juliana keeps the breakfast items replenished and the area super clean. Overall we loved the place and we will be returning hopefully very soon!
