The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.

Iyaimi y Julio. Nuestra estancia en Mansion Mérida Boutique fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos recibidos con una calidez y una hospitalidad extraordinarias. Queremos expresar un agradecimiento muy especial a Raúl, el propietario, quien nos hizo sentir como invitados de honor. Cada mañana se acercaba personalmente a nuestra mesa durante el desayuno para asegurarse de que todo estuviera perfecto y preguntarnos si necesitábamos algo. Al momento de nuestra salida, incluso nos acompañó hasta el automóvil, un gesto que refleja el gran compromiso que tiene con cada uno de sus huéspedes. El hotel está impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y conserva un hermoso encanto colonial que hace la estancia aún más especial. El desayuno fue excelente, con productos de gran calidad y una preparación exquisita. La gastronomía en general superó nuestras expectativas, y todo el personal nos atendió con amabilidad, profesionalismo y una sonrisa. También queremos reconocer a Javier e Iván por sus excelente servicio, su amabilidad y su trato cordial, que hicieron nuestras tardes y noches aún más agradables. Si buscan un hotel colonial en Mérida donde la atención al cliente sea verdaderamente excepcional, con instalaciones impecables, una excelente gastronomía y un ambiente acogedor, recomendamos Mansio Mérida Boutique sin ninguna duda. Sin lugar a dudas, regresaremos.

Our stay at Japoneza was nothing short of lovely. The whole energy was peaceful and very much a get-away type of stay. The air coniditioning was AMAZING, never got hot and that was essential when the heat/humidty was causing an allergic reaction for my husband. Also, the cold kept the critters away which is always comforting. The pool water was very nice however a little murky and not as clear/clean. The sauna/heated spa area was under maintence so we didnt get to use it. The staff was amazing, sweet and attentive and accomdated us one morning where we had to leave early- I am 7 months pregnant and cant leave anywhere without food in my belly and the staff hustled to make it earlier enough to feed us before we had to head out. I thought that was very special of them. Highly recommend !
