(55 reviews) Staff was friendly and very sweet. Very responsive to our requests and questions. We didn’t get any food bc the chef’s hours were very short/limited. We used Uber Eats to obtain meals when we didn’t want to go out. The ambiance was great and relaxing. I wish the surrounding were more conducive to a retreat. Lots of dogs barking and the neighbors playing music until 3 am. We also wished the room had more items to keep you self sufficient. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room to store cold drinks, creamer for my coffee or just water. We threw away a lot of food bc there was no way to keep it safe in the room. All in all it was still a very relaxing vacation. I absolutely loved the serenity of the room, the small Terrance with the hammock, and the tub in the room. (9 reviews) The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo. It is not a mansion with an abundance of rooms. However, because of the smaller amount of gas, you truly feel like you are a VIP! Thank you so much for the most memorable vacation.
