“We had other family that stayed with us, making it a total of 9 people, and there was plenty of room for us all to sleep and gather. The property is absolutely wonderful. The story behind the property (read guest book upon entry) made it even more special. we were in Oklahoma to see my nephew graduate from AIT in Fort Sill. His mother passed away from cancer a few years ago and dragonflies were her absolute favorite. It was such a nice surprise when we pulled up to see the dragonfly hanging on……

“The cabin is on the west side of the river, the main street is on the east side. It was EASY walking distance which meant we did not have to drive through the busy E Lake Drive and find parking. That was PERFECT!The beds were comfortable, the kitchen clean and easy to use, the outside seating was a great place to relax after a day of biking and walking.Saturday night we could hear music from the main street, enough that we could enjoy if while on the porch (it was not loud on the porch) and……

Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge is nearby for hiking and fishing and nature-watching (bison, longhorn, prairie dogs, birds galore)! Easy, clear, and quick communications. All conveniences of home, propane BBQ, firepit, hot tub and more. Two families spent 3 days in this lovely escape, lots of fun and relaxation, thoroughly rejuvenated!”
