A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms spacious house located 10 minutes from the Dahlonega Square that can comfortably sleep 8 adults. 2 minutes from Monteluce Vineyard and very close to all other vineyards and wedding venues. The property is a brand new home and is located on 1.5 acres. It is the perfect spot to get away from it all, whether it be for a wedding destination, family vacation, or girl's weekend. The home is fully equipped with everything you want and need.

Montaluce wedding
We stayed at this property for a wedding at Montaluce winery and the location was perfect, so close! The house was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall the property is exactly as described in the listing. Clean rooms and living areas and great location to the wineries. I feel like since I travel a lot I need to ensure that you get the most honest feedback for this listing. First, there’s a rooster that will wake you up around 6 AM every morning. I get up fairly early so it didn’t concern me as much as it did my two friends, but it did get annoying after a while. There’s a house directly within a rock throw away so you’ll have to deal with a barking dog and rooster. I agree with the other review that there is absolutely zero toiletries, soap, or shampoo and conditioner. I travel a lot and have never seen this but one or two times in my travels. At the very least provide a bar of soap! Kind of crazy when you’re spending this kind of money and there’s a dollar store down the street. We ran out of K cups after the first day. There just wasn’t enough coffee for the three ladies. I don’t really mind stripping the beds and taking out the trash, but again that’s not that normal either. It’s why we pay a cleaning fee. Also, very strange to me that there were two beds in the master bedroom. Overall, my friends were satisfied, so I’m happy that they were happy. As for me, if I’m spending this kind of money, I would appreciate having at least nonstick pans or oil to cook with. Hopefully the host will add toiletries to the bathrooms but I would suggest bringing your own!

Very nice home - clean - well maintained - everything as pictured. Hosts very receptive to all communication. Only drawback was there was no soap/body wash or shampoo/conditioners in bathrooms - most other Air B&B's we have stayed in supply those items...

We had a wedding to attend at the Monteluce Winery which was only a couple of minutes down the road. Great location for visiting many wineries, shopping downtown and local restaurants. We had a very nice stay. Property is very well maintained.

Thanks for a great weekend!
We loved staying here!! The location was very convenient to wineries in the area and to downtown Dahlonega and the house was very comfortable! When we first got there the air conditioner was having trouble and Kelsie was very easy to get in touch with, very responsive and quick to have a repair company come out, and even checked in later in our stay to make sure there weren’t any other issues. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more kitchen basics like salt and pepper! Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous home not far from Downtown Dahlonega
We stayed in this home the weekend after Thanksgiving 2022. It was exactly as pictured and perhaps better. It was immaculately clean, new, and very well-appointed. It's just 11 minutes from the Dahlonega town and museum. There was one major issue that made me rate it a 4. The heat did not work. After the first night, I let the owner know and she sent the cleaning person and told us it was fixed. The second night, we woke up and it was 60 degrees indoors. On our final night, we could not take it and decided to change the thermostat batteries and try regular vs emergency heat. It worked! It is a new home and my gut says that the heat had never been turned on. I wish the owner had been a little more responsive and been able to send someone to fix it. The fridge also has an issue where it does not close properly but it works.
