The property is a bit far from the eateries, the room has amazing view of the ocean, but has no amenities ie shower caps, cotton tips, cotton balls etc, bathroom is tired, toilet has no exhaust fan, make it very smelly, the staff aren’t friendly or smiling, we feel like we are being treated like a second class citizen in the hotel. The pool towel wasn’t given, we had to request and they didn’t seem to be happy giving the towel. Overall, wasn’t very great experience, if not the view from the room, they would deserve 1 star.

The rainforest is spectacular. Totally worth the effort to get there. We stayed 3 nights and had plenty to do. Words cannot describe it’s beauty.

It’s ancient, but I was honestly more impressed by the rainforest along the Great Ocean Rd near Melbourne. Maybe zip lining or doing the only long hike would have helped make this a more interesting visit.
