“Very clean, cute studio apartment with a small view of the mountains from the terrace. Cozy with everything you could need: washer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, tv and set in a quiet residential area with lots of walking trails! About a 30 minute drive thru residential areas to city centre of Dublin where we found a public parking garage no problem. About 10 min drive to a very old authentic pub set in the mountains called The Blue Light.. great food and very cool atmosphere if you are……

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low.
But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“It is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, it gave us a reason to go on walks to get to places instead of taking public transportation or driving. It came fully stocked with supplies from coffee, tea, cleaning materials and cooking utensils to make your short or longer stays. We struggled finding the reception at first since some of the buildings looked very similar, but eventually, we were able to find our way.”
