“* Staff were friendly.
* The room and facilities were clean. Beds were comfortable.
* The food at the restaurant was delicious. Wait staff were delightful. We were confused at check in about having to reserve (full/hot) breakfast the night before. You can still order it in the a.m. at a slightly higher rate. I am sure it is a way for the hotel to have adequate supplies.
* Parking garage nice addition.
* Enjoyed the pool. * We didn't use the spa, but it looked nice.

“As soon as you see the castle/hotel at the end of the driveway, it is an amazing sight to see! We saved this hotel for the last night of our trip, knowing we would be too tired to really venture far from it. We didn't eat/drink at the restaurants on sight as they were just not to our taste ( a bit too upscale for us ). We went to a local pub for a quick bite then walked back to the hotel. The room was great, very big and clean. If you are wheelchair bound, then it's perfect as it was set……
