Nate, the front desk manager, was Excellent and went above and beyond to help when I first arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful too.

I requested first floor but did not get it. They had also charged about $66 more on my card of which is for “deposit” just in case for the room, of that I should be refunded back per the hotel clerk. We will see.

Studio king is very roomy and all furniture and bedding were clean and in good condition. There was an odor at the end of the 200 hall that was reported to the staff. Saturday breakfast was very limited as well as a very tight area to accommodate people. All ice machines were broken. For the price I would probably stay again.

Nice space, hallways could use a sprucing up. Ice machine on at least 4 floors didn’t work. Staff was friendly, and it was easy to use the digital check in/out and key. Nice location near good food and shopping. Convenient to the Star

The staff was nice, but the rooms on the 5th floor was VERY hot. We checked in on Friday evening and left. When we came back that night it was warm, but not bad. Saturday morning it was so warm in the room, so as we headed out for an outing we stopped by the front desk and spoke to the attendant about how hot the room was. She explained that they were having problems with the air conditioning. We definitely did not enjoy our room due to it being so warm in the room.
