The air conditioning unit in my room didn’t work too well so it was muggy my entire stay. The air conditioning unit also had a funny smell to it when it blew out air. The water pressure was low in my room. When I landed the lady at the front desk struggled to tell me where to go to get shuttled from the airport. And the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options. It’s just eggs, sausage and potatoes, toast, oat meal or cereal. However check in was fast and the front desk always picks up the phone. The room was very clean. Although housekeeping doesn’t knock hard enough before they come in they are determined to get your room clean. Not bad hotel for the price!

Good place to stay the night. The shades are very transparent so the parking lot lights were very annoying when trying to get some sleep. Shuttle service was superb. Room was wide and very clean.

Ok it's not the Hilton but in fairness to the hotel this is a budget hotel that is great value for money, very clean and the staff are very efficient and friendly. Location is a bit out of the way and you need transport but for a safe, clean and lovely beds stay this place hits the spot. Breakfast is limited but you do have sufficient variety to keep you going for the day. From cereal to fruit to eggs, grits and pancakes. So in summary if you want a basic hotel that does the job then consider it if you want to be more centrally located and have lots of food options then pay 2-3 times the amount we paid and enjoy. Thank you Wingate for a pleasant stay with easy check in & out. Cleaning staff are excellent.

The property was overall okay, but the shuttle was a bit dirty and well worn (check engine light on, seats had holes in them, etc.). The continental breakfast was disappointing… no water available to drink and the pancake machine was broken. The room was a good size, but there was a live roach in the bathroom and one of the seats clearly had a stain from water or pee. The staff was okay, but nothing amazing. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall the room served its purpose for what we needed. However, the staff could really use customer service training. When calling to see how we get a shuttle from DFW Airport (which is HUGE) the gal could not give guidance whatsoever and said, “once you figure it out, call us and we’ll send the shuttle!” We ended up passing $50 for a taxi to drive us less than 10 min. I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Had it not have been too late to cancel the reservation we would have stayed somewhere else.
