Have never had a problem doing it through this site. When I arrived the hotel informed me that it was going to be $5 more a night. I know that it does not seem like much but when you arrive you expect to pay the price that was given to you. But after that things just got worse the room seemed to be all right, but over the time we were there I discovered many places that were not clean including a couple of spots in the bathroom where it looked like blood was on the wall. Also when I went to go put some stuff up in the drawers I discovered someone else's clothes already there. All this leads me to wonder if they even bothered to clean the room at all.
