Airconditioned home.
This beautiful remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the lantern district of Dana point and is within walking distance of all Dana Point restaurants and bars, Dana Point Harbor and Doheney beach. ( yes, the surfing beach made famous in the Beach Boys song). Fully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, island, 42" gourmet stove, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, Vitamix blender etc... Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler in the 2 car attached garage.
There is also a stand up paddle board and 2 bicycles in the garage.

The house is perfect for 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Possibly 6 adults and 2 kids, but that would be a bit cramped.
Also memorial day week and labor day week are still available.



2023 improvements:
1. front gate installed on patio, so pets and small kids can't escape.
2. New Jacuzzi installed spring 2023
3. New patio umbrellas with built in LED lighting
4. Wi-fi was upgraded to Cox Panorama high speed internet.
5. Updated patio furniture.
6. Teak dining table that seats 10 on patio.

Bob really kept in touch in the nicest way - and not too much!Great, clean house. We were there for a family wedding and had friends over one night for hors d’oeuvres. There was plenty of room and the house got lots of compliments. Hot tub a nice treat!

Nicely remodeled house

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the outside space, hot tub and the ability to bring our dog. Owner was very available and responsive. We would rent it again.

Wonderful stay

One of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. Extremely comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen and baths are beautifully updated. The deck and backyard are super cute and surprisingly spacious for the area. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Getaway!

We spent a fantastic 4th of July weekend here. Perfect for our family of 5. Cozy open floor plan and great outdoor spaces to relax. We enjoyed walking to the harbor and kayaking in the morning. Bob the owner is wonderful and responsive and we would stay again in a heartbeat 💓!

Well Appointed and spacious place in Dana Point. Walking distance to all the Lantern District attractions. Super clean. All the right water amenities (kayaks, surf boards, boogie boards). And the owner (Bob) was a super host. Definitely would book again.

Great Ocean Getaway

The house was BEAUTIFUL and spacious for a family of five! It had everything we needed and the location was very good! Robert had great communication with us. Kitchen was well equipped! We also really appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards! The kayaks were fun too!

I didn’t want to leave!

The house was bright and open and the patio and outside were perfect to enjoy the weather. The house is a few blocks from the ocean and very walkable to excellent restaurants. My only regret is not renting it for longer.

This is a lovely, spotless house very close to everything in Dana Point. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house has everything you need, including two different kinds of coffee makers, any kind of beach gear you might need, a private garage etc. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return very soon! Delightful place !

This house was great. Was very clean and cute furnishings. The 3 bedrooms were wonderful and the beds we very comfortable . They thought of everything. A PAC n play for kids , beach things and best of all there was a 2 car garage. Which you don't find in Dana point ... priceless ! It was an awesome place. Outside seating and a great deck

Wonderful!

This property is in a lovely location - 3/4 mile to the Dana Point Harbor and beach. The house is comfortable and well-stocked. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any issues, and problems were taken care of quickly. One of the biggest bonuses of this property is the garage and beach supplies that are included. We used the beach chairs, sand toys, and kayaks to really enjoy our time. We would be back for sure!

Local get away

We had a wonderful time at this hone it it beautiful and clean and has a great outdoor area for hanging out with family and kids. The host was wonderful and came in and checked on us when we arrived. The home is thoughtfully stocked with all you need for cooking and going to the beach. There is a high chair and a pack and play for little ones as well as toys, board games and dvds. The home is located close to the Harbour and walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is also great for an afternoon walk and the parking was good too. We would love to stay here again in the future it was a perfect little get away. Thank you Bob and Robin for having ya in your beautiful home.

Lovely Cottage Style in Excellent Location

My husband and I were vacationing with our son, daughter inlaw and sweet 7 month old granddaughter. We could not have asked for a better location - for us a 5 minute walk to our son and his families home, close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. My husband and I walked to the harbor every morning- the perfect way to start the day!! This little home had everything you could want and more!! We would love to come back and make this our home away from home!! With family there it was PERFECT!! Everything in this home is spot on and immaculate!!! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!Great quick fun food - the Shwack Beach Grill. Awesome tacos! A special night out was the Chart House with the best views of the marina and ocean from the top of the cliff.

Relaxing and Wonderful Place!

We loved how clean the place was when we arrived. It was so well organized and easy to find things. The white beach decor made it so inviting and relaxing. We loved the porch and hot tub in the backyard. The kitchen had nice amenities and everything seemed brand new. The place was so relaxing and wonderful! We like the area where we were. It was easy to get to places, especially the beach. We went to the Doheny Beach on the first day, but then were told about Salt Creek Beach and stayed there most of the week. We loved Jimmy's American Tavern. The property amenities were great. I don't think I would change anything. We loved access to the hot tub. Bathrooms were great and all of the beds were so comfortable. The remotes tripped us up a little bit, but we figured it out. Beachside were great. When we wanted to extend our stay for one additional night, it was very easy. The email communication was perfect. The binder was very helpful. Wow! We were just so impressed with this property. We would love to rent again. We had the best vacation we've had in long time! Thank you!!!

Perfect and so cute!

Walking distance to everything! Harbor, groceries, restaurants, beaches, parks. House is super cute and the outside entertaining space is WONDERFUL! Lots of heater for chilly CA evenings. Amenities were wonderful and kitchen fully stocked. Couldn’t ask for more! Owners were very friendly and had prompt communication. Loved our stay!

PERFECTION!

This place was absolutely PERFECTION! It had all elements needed for the PERFECT vacation- bright clean atmosphere, quiet cool comfortable bedrooms, wraparound deck for my pups to enjoy AND a hot tub! It was also within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach! The owner even popped in to say hello and to ensure all was well! He was super friendly and VERY responsive when we had questions. THANK YOU for a FANTASTIC VACATION!! Will be booking again!!
