This was another stay for us where the air conditioning didn’t work. I tried to notify the front desk at 11:20 at night and no one answered so my husband and I struggled throughout the night. It was hot and the AC made a terrible sound all night long making sleeping difficult. I did report it to the front desk on our way out thankfully but it is mind boggling to me that it seems like no maintenance is done. Again this is the second time with AC issues, but it was a totally different room. Very disappointing.

Older property but room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was a VERY noisy AC unit that startled me awake several times until my subconscious mind got used to it and I was Finally able to sleep through it. Jennifer in the restaurant was super friendly and efficient.

Has gone downhill over the years. Needs some attention. No microwaves in rooms. Very little staff. No English speaking staff. Had no large towels. Said laundry issue. Kudos to Matt for extending my stay after jumping through some 2 day minimum hoops even though I just stayed 2 days. Bed extremely soft. But all in all it was clean enough and I like the area. Convenient for me when I visit home.

This property was very run down. Needs renovation. Capet was dirty, carts were very run down. Not a good value for the price. Would not recommend. Glad I only needed it for one night. I thought Wyndham was a good brand, not this property.

I don't know as if I could point to anything unique. There were bugs and the desk chair was broken and the other chair useless too big and too heavy to move. No info book and or sheet of paper as to what hotel services were where ice machine or soda machines were located the hours of the on the l premises restaurant. We shall not return to this location and very disappointed that something with the Wyndham name on it was as low performing as this one

Everything about the facility was excellent except that we could hear most everything that went on in the neighboring rooms. So odd that the walls are so poorly insulated. We also missed the breakfasts that are included in the Choice Hotels chain.

Property is fine. I paid cash at check in, and then gave them a card to hold for the incidental charges. Had to go to the lobby the next morning because I was charged an additional $90 because the person who took the cash payment didn’t properly apply it to the account. Now I have $140 in unavailable funds tied up until they reverse the authorizations. Not great. Shower rod was falling off the wall in the bathroom, and the toilet kept running. Very clean and quiet. Just annoyed my money is tied up when I simply tried to pay with cash.

2 positives: Staff was friendly and the room was quiet. Negatives: The property is really old and outdated. Definitely needs to be redone and not just repatched like most of it is. Also the room had an odd smell. No food options around it, only option is to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast included either, just coffee in your room. So plan accordingly.

My room had an odor, bad enough where I couldn’t stay in that room- staff were great and switched me to a normal room. Overall a bit outdated in general, and neighbor was noisy with a tv loud enough to hear through the wall, so I couldn’t sleep well. Average to poor is accurate
