Staff so helpful. Heating wasnt working in the room. Moved to another room promptly and they added on a complimentary breakfast. Good location. Access to a bar. Overall great stay. Clean and comfortable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to do something on our rental car, so my husband went into a chips shop and asked a young man if he could help us. He came out, got thing sorted for us, didn’t make us feel dumb!
Received a parking ticket while at the Blackburn doing genealogical research. We had maxed the meter out prior to leaving the parking space but were only allowed an hour. So be aware.
