Upon arrival the suite we booked wasn’t ready so we were put in a small room & told to check back next morning. Next morning rolled around & the room we paid for still wasn’t ready. Employees told us they would text us & never received a text. One employee was dismissive & the other was helpful. A full 24 hours after check in & my room still isn’t ready. Eventually after being patient yet never receiving a text, i came to check in my room & it was ready. I had to be inconvenienced and seemed like I almost had to beg for the room I paid for. They took no action until I kept asking. The employee who helped us was great. But it seemed like a lack of communication & management here at this hotel. Once we got the room we paid for halfway through the trip, we were happy. The rooms here are nice & well maintained.
