Things we liked:  ✔️ Cabin is "newer" & well kept.  Several cabins to choose from of all sizes & $$ (but all pricey)  ✔️ Roof top patio on cabin  ✔️ Walkable to downtown/centrally located ✔️ Gym (terrible hours, though....see below) ✔️ Paved bike/run/walk path across the street-goes for miles either direction  ✔️ Restaurant next door ✔️ Pickleball courts w/ paddles provided & 2 pools ✔️ Daily free popcorn (machine was out of service 5 of our 10 days)   ✔️ QUIET!!!!  Issues: ✔️ Internet never worked in our cabin #46 the entire 10 days.  Big issue as I work remote. Internet worked in the lobby/laundry. Discussed w/staff multiple times & different answer every time. On last day was told yea I finally went down to your area last nt & tested it. You’re right it doesn’t work down there.  Why wasn’t this looked in to the first day I reported it? ✔️ Gym only open when front desk is open which are hours most of us are on tours. Gym hours are NOT standard hotel gym hours. I.E. Sunday 9-3. Gym was a major reason we booked this property only to find out we could rarely use it bc we were on tours most of their open hours. Gym could add a stationary bike which is typical of gyms in hotels, etc. Gym hours need to be disclosed before booking. ✔️ Towels: 10 nt stay & when asked for fresh towels 1/2 way thru our stay was told we don't provide fresh towels. For a 10 day stay....really? We did get this resolved. ✔️ Multiple other issues, but expedia only allows 1500 words. :)

The staff did not answer the front desk nor the phone. I was stuck outside at midnight and ended up sleeping in my car as I was unable to check in.

Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!
