“Abriella was a very good host. Checked on us a few times. Responded to my question very quickly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood & served our purpose well.We were in the area to work & spent most time at the job.The beds were comfortable & hot water was plentiful”

“We found this property to be a very comfortable place. We arrived to a clean home. The owner has equipped the bedrooms with nice linens and touch bedside lamps. The bathrooms were sparkling. We appreciated the laundry room and well stocked kitchen. Our grandchildren played in a nicely mowed backyard. The area was safe and convenient. We had a couple of issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. We intend to book this place again when we are in Athens.”

“The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms.……

“Beautiful place to stay if you love to walk out and fish from the comfort of your home.Store nearby for your last minute needs of fishing supplies and food.Host was great.Highly recommend.”

“Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t……
