“Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. “Location was great-close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Owners communicated really well and responded promptly. Place was exactly as described and very clean. Really liked that we didn't have to kid proof the moment we got there. Had no issues during our stay. ”

“Fantastic!!! This is a gem of a little property, doesn't look like much outside and right next to busy road, but... Honestly, very clean, very easy checking in, bed wonderful. I'd recommend this place for sure, in fact, I'm pretty sure I'll be back someday, all the way from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Came for Artemis 2 launch which sadly didn't happen but all was great!”
