"This was my first stay in a CitizenM hotel. I liked the concept and would certainly stay again. Check-in was very easy with their automated system and the staff member at the desk offered assistance quickly, though none was required. The room itself was quite nice, clean, and more than big enough for me. The underbed storage helped me stay organized during the stay. I found the iPad slightly clunky and wa afraid of damaging it, so I used the app on my phone most frequently. This hotel is very conveniently located near Rotterdam Black station, Markthal, and a ton of activities. For anything further out the metro, train, and water taxi are all steps away. Don't trust google which will have you walk through the cube houses on your way from the train station. You can simply cross the street once you exit the station (if you're not on the correct side of the street to begin with)."

"Hotel rooms are simply but comfortable. There was everything what a family needed. Iron, hair dryer, fridge, tv, gym, restaurant ect…. Staff were friendly, kind. We were running late when we arrived (1:00am) but we could check in easily as reception was waiting for us."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We spent 3 nights in The Hague and stayed in a superior room, sea view. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view (even with some construction going on at the beach). Since we stayed in February, it was a little too cold for much beach time, but we enjoyed opening the balcony doors and hearing the waves and seagulls and having the breeze come in. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the room had ample storage. The hotel was decorated with a lot of art, some of which show historical photos of the property which was cool to see. The spa facilities were really nice too, which was a BIG factor in our booking here. That and the view! There was a steam sauna, infrared sauna, and standard sauna. Then a variety of showers and a cold water shower bucket, which was amazing after the sauna! All the spa areas are co-ed (men and women together), and all ages, so pack your bathing suit because you don’t want to miss this amenity. The spa services are reasonably priced as well! One recommendation is to skip their breakfast buffet. It was very pricey for very lackluster food. We found a spot just a few places down along the boardwalk with a buffet at a small fraction of the price and better quality, in my opinion. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance, and the tram stop is a two minute walk from the hotel. We hope to come back in the summer. This boardwalk and beach look like they’d be a fun way to spend a summer vacation!"
