Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions. Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. Everything was new—we had to take the plastic off the pull out mattress and tags off the bath towels! Pretty sure we were the first guests to use the air fryer and they still have brand new steak knives and pans! There was a bit on confusion with the beds (the listing was not accurate) but great communication any time we had any questions or concerns. The unit also listed a hair dryer but unfortunately it only had a “European” plug flat iron.
