“Was a mixed experience, overall nice hotel, good rooms. However our A/C leaked water and dripped down into the bed. The staff helped with a new room in the middle of the night, which sorted it out. It was not optimal, but the staff was very kind!”

“Our overall experience at The Mango was quite positive. The facilities look very nice, our room was clean, staff is friendly and helpful and we had a great dinner on our last night. The only drawback was that it was noisy. When people sit in the restaurant area having a little party, it is difficult to nót be bothered by that when you have a room towards the back of the hotel. So bring your earplugs! Still a great place for backpackers.”
"The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores.
There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep."
"Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny."
