“We really enjoyed our stay and Susanne was a great host. She was very prompt with any questions that arose. She even greeted us at the house and gave us a backstory to a rich family history depicted on photos hanging on the wall. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates and cups. The gas fireplace was a nice touch to keep us cozy and warm. Very close to Mt. Baker for access to skiing/sledding. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“We had a lovely stay. The cabin has 4 bedrooms so the adult couples each had their own room and our 16yr old could have his own room, while my daughter and niece shared the bunk bed room. The location is great and the drive to Mt Baker Ski resort is about 30 minutes. If you are familiar with the area then you know you can't get much closer, because most of the drive is in National Forest. The living area is small, but cozy and there is a full size dining room table. The backyard space looks like...

“We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, romantic house in the woods. Like others said, the pics perfectly represent the property. It is very clean and has everything a couple needs for a peaceful winter getaway. Cute furnishings, well appointed modern kitchen, fireplace, comfortable bed, games, plenty of storage for ski stuff, and the best - a hot tub in the back surrounded by peaceful forest. Someone mentioned the back yard isn’t as private as represented, but with the trees, it feels pretty...

“Mountain was amazing and the cabin was great!!! The bed was so comfy and we can barely ever say that when staying away from home, lol. Wish we could have used the hot tub but the neighbors at the other place were super loud, it wasn't the best hot tub environment. That was it though.... Everything else was fabulous!!”

“This was the perfect landing place before our Ragnar race. We had enough room to spread out and yet be together. The kitchen was more than adequate for cooking supper and breakfast. We also appreciated the location near the Tex Mex bbq restaurant for an option out. ”

“The cabin was well sized and had enough kitchen amenities to cook and serve for a crowd of 10. The hot tub was large and the entry was well sized to hold all our ski gear. Lots of blankets and places to curl up with a book. The rooms were decent sized and we had enough bathrooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable.”

“The house was very clean and well equipment with necessities. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was close to Mt. Baker Ski Resort about a 30 minute drive each direction.Only issue, was non potable water; however water jug system had been provided; so really not an issue.All in all, great family home for a few days of hitting the slopes.Rhonda & Jeff”
