“Horrible, I had no option to take the one star, hotel had drug addicts all over the parking lot, we were chase by one 3 times until we left the parking area, next morning I left and advised the desk clerk we were leaving even though I rented for 3 nights, I tried to get a refund by expedia and Hotel Bellis stated I stayed there the whole 3 nights, they lied to expedia so expedia was not able to refund me,Never again”
