"We booked the 2 bedroom family unit at Puri Maharani for 3 nights. We arrived in the evening with two sleeping children. The condition of this room made it the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything we touched was broken or falling apart, the sink, shelf, toilet, the bed frame was falling over and propped against the wall which was crumbling and had an inch thick of dirt and dust and bugs. "Nice and cozy, great direct access to pool. The staff was friendly but we had a coacroach in our room and there was no one in the reception, we had to go out and buy products ourselves."

"The property although in a beautiful setting and having friendly staff was run down and had stained mossie nets around the bed. One night there where holes in the sheets and there were stains in the bath and sink. The air conditioning didn’t work well at all. The food was good and they had a free shuttle service into Ubud a couple of times a day which was nice."
