"Beautiful condo in an urban environment. First night there was a concert nearby and the streets were very crowded. Took quite a bit of effort getting their check-in documents filled in. Sent them several different ways. Didn't get the final check-in instructions until 15 minutes before checkin. Left us stressed because we didn't know if we would have a place to stay."

"When we first arrive, check-in was fairly easy, just a small misunderstanding of codes, which was rectified immediately. 1st day with property mgr was very adequate. The overall appearance was clean, but the drawers through the place were not clean and the towel were not organized. There was no toaster/toaster oven, no air fryer. I was told that they do not have it for allergy reasons. Also the furniture was cheap, low end. The first night noticed that the bed was broken, but still comfortable....

"I was disappointed that the listing stated the room had a pool view, but it did not and chose the room also thinking it had a balcony. The condo was very spacious and the bathrooms and closets were massive. One bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on, but we just slept in the other bed as it was much softer. The location is ideal as it was close to everything and a short walk to all kinds of restaurants. Little confusing on check in as the buildings for the complex all look the same. The...

"It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again."
