The bed did feel stiff. The restroom light consistently flickered. The AC system was out of date and not working, we assumed to give the heater a try but was overly uncomfortably hot. Check in is at 3, and when I called over the phone about early check in the man at the front desk was rude (was an asian man/ the latino man was friendly when we did the key drop off)

There were dead bugs in the room. The trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. You get what you pay for, and at least I had some OneKey cash to cover this low quality motel.

This place was infested with cockroaches and now I fear they may be in our luggage and we will probably end up taking them with us home we would like to be refunded buy Expedia for the fee for our room as well as any future exterminator fees we may occur from our stay at Apple inn booked through Expedia.

Compassion without guestioning.

Ower was pleasant eugh seemed to be able to read my needs and concerns without asking bunch of questions. He observed that I was aloe, perhaps a bit anxious. He observed that I was local and in need of a safe place to spend the night. He explained that he was upgrading and it felt like he cared about the comfort of his customers

Expected alot more for the price!

Exterior looked like a nice hotel, room was in terrible condition. Shower was scraped up, walls in bathroom were covered in running nicotine stains, no outlets close to the bed (1 outlet in the whole room!) Door wouldnt shut all of the way and no way to close the deadbolt.

Dear Expedia Team, My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The room was dirty, I found a cockroach in the shower, the mattress was broken, and the curtains did not close properly. There was no functioning air conditioning, so I spent the night in unbearable heat. Despite charging guests $58.00 in advance for damages, This was a terrible which is returned in the morning, yet the room itself was in poor condition: blankets had cigarette burns, the room smelled unpleasant, and overall it was poorly maintained. experience, and I strongly believe this hotel does not meet the quality standards Expedia customers de expect. We left and stayed somewhere else because the room was gross. They have a nicely kept “model room” near the front office they use for the pictures and for guests to view before they check in. The model room is a far cry from the actual condition of the rooms. Strong odor.

OK for the price

It was noisy by the interstate and pretty cold. The heater wasn’t very strong. I think with decent weather and on the other side of the motel, it would be fine.

Room and grounds were not clean . Place is undergoing a much needed renovation. Cigarette burns in bathroom and on vanity. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold lobby had no bathroom or services Curtains were filthy and inside out trash outside room. We did not feel safe staying and decided to find other accommodations. We know people who tried to check in earlier also decided to cancel reaervations sorry about the quality of the phots. They don’t really capture how awful this place is.
