Clean, tidy, fully furnished, quiet neighborhood -30 day minimum-

  • This is the front half of a duplex with private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There are two front-to-back parking spaces in the driveway for you. The neighborhood is very safe/quiet where I know the neighbors. There are parks and bars walking distance, as well as a train station downtown 1 mile away. Location is about an hour drive from skiing and close to Red Rocks, Broncos Stadium, and downtown. This is a great spot to get into Denver and the surrounding areas!
