What an adorable perfect place to stay! Especially with my two pups in tow! Nice and cozy and the fenced back yard for the boys was awesome!! Would definitely stay again in the future!!!

We had a lovely stay. Listing photos were accurate. Jacob was very responsive to messages and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The apartment was comfortable. And the location next to a state park was great for walking the dog in the morning.

Cozy & Well Stocked

This was a nice, clean place in a nice suburb of Denver. The apartment was exceptionally stocked with everything we could have needed, including bottled water. Would definitely stay again.

Nice basement apartment with a great host

Jacob was very responsive in communication. The VRBO was well furnished and clean. So many niceties were provided, including a wonderful humidifier that was much appreciated!I plan to stay here again on future visits to Denver.

Awesome host!

The place was so clean and perfect for my friends and I to stay in for the night. We felt safe and the location was incredible. Jacob was amazing!! He helped make the check in process smooth and easy, and coordinated me coming to grab an item we left days after we stayed. 10/10 would recommend!!

Home away from Home

The area is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of room to cook meals and relax at the end of the day. Jacob provided more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed. It truly felt like home away from home. Going forward I will be booking this place when visiting Denver!!

Exactly what we needed

This was the perfect place for my teenage son and I to stay for one night while we were in Denver. We joked around about how we wished we were staying longer just so we could sleep there another night. The extra amenities like shampoo and conditioner (3 options!!) was so nice! As well as the coffee and tea they provided in the kitchenette. The shower was amazing! Great place overall!

Home away from home

The host was amazing and the property definitely meets all of your needs. You may not have an actual stove but you definitely have the equipment to either warm your meal or prepare meal. They also add extra amenities like a washer and dryer with all of the things that you need to do your laundry as well as toiletries shampoo conditioners body washes they have Waters in the fridge for you as well as tees and other types of coffees that you would like to try. I highly recommend this property...

Tremendous host

Solo mission for a short weekend stay. Jacob's place was tremendous. Really would be a great place for a more extended stay if you were on assignment at the DTC or even downtown. Undersold amenity of this property is that you a half block away from some tremendous outdoor space for running or hiking. Highly recommended.

Great Family! Very helpful.

The basement has wonderful entertainment and is very comfortable. Our only surprise was it doesn’t have a private entrance. You enter through the home which is occupied. Jacob (Owner) made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful with anything we forgot. Thank you!

Cozy and Quiet

We were very comfortable in this basement apartment. Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise from upstairs. Overall it was an extremely comfortable place to stay and was just what we needed for our trip to Denver. Thanks for everything Jacob! abel to safely

This space is cozy and has all needed amenities. It was too cold outside to use the yard or patio. Check-in was seamless! A very quiet well kept neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Host was great at communication. Was awesome to have a back yard that was fenced in for our dog. Just up the road was a park you could walk to, lots of open spaces to walk in the area.Jacob had coffee, tea even dog food in a pinch. Thanks Jacob!
