“I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and they give nice amenities like free contact solution and toiletries. However, room 508 had a horrible cigarette smell despite it supposedly being a no smoking room. The window was open when we checked in, and even then, you could smell it. But once we closed the window and turned on the AC, the smell got much worse. I think the AC filter is contaminated with smoke, because you can smell it strongly when……

“酒店雖然鄰近地鐵站，但還是離市中心偏遠。坐地鐵轉線也比較複雜。酒店房內有浴缸，可以浸浴。洗手間的燈設立了時限，在洗澡期間突然自動關了燈，被嚇了一跳。最大的問題是房間溫度不能調節，即使我把設定溫度調低，它仍然顯示房間溫度維持在28至29度，所以全晚都睡不好，反覆被熱醒。房間內也沒有提供前臺的電話聯絡方法⋯⋯”
