Nice place to stay, nice welcome. Easy free parking and simple out of hours entry exit for your room. Unfortunately a couple of negatives were the green illuminated exit/safety lamp in your room, never experienced this before in any hotel. Also a member of staff told me that a previous person staying in my room (no7) had an issue with opening the door to the room. There's no issues with the opening it's locking the door behind you. No way would it lock, tried calling the hotel while I was out, no answer. Probably an easy fix but out of pub hours no one answers the phone. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay.

The penthouse has much better beds than other rooms here but I still have the same complaint about the coffee. No hotel should ever serve instant coffee. Please just provide a proper nespresso or similar and proper coffee. It’s not that hard but unfortunately most hotels in the UK are like this. INSTANT COFEE SUCKS! Period, full stop.
