We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were great about communication and were attentive to the needs/desires of our group. Our group was comprised of all different ages and the home had a little something to offer everyone: games for kids, outdoor sitting area for adults, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the stay was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area!

I can't say enough about our stay at Walnut place. Very cozy and comfortable. we had more room than we needed. Comfortable beds, close to dining and shopping and most importantly it was CLEAN! If were in the area again, we will certainly stay here again and again!

This is a super cute house in a super cute area. It was the perfect sanctuary after a hectic day at the fair. Everything from the check in and out process to communication with the host made it a relaxing, stress-free weekend away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Des Moines. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, host was great answering any questions we had! The space was perfect for our family of 5 (and could have hosted several more if we had needed). We don't come to Iowa often, but if we are ever back in Des Moines, we will look to book here again.
