“This the perfect getaway spot for vacation. My friend and I stayed for about a week and we had the most wonderful time. The entire staff was so friendly and the amenities such as the pool and private beach were picturesque. The beach strip was within walking distance but the hotel was far enough away from all the crowds. There was live music as well as wonderful music playing most of the day. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the rooms. Thank you to all the staff for making our time so……

“This place is rated a 5 star resort. It is definitely not! Resort is beautiful with pristine beach with turquoise clear water and very vibey and youthful restaurants and bars. But staff are not 5 star standard. The staff are not helpful and if you ask for assistance they seem bothered. This included waiters, bartenders and beach staff. Housekeeping also did not change garbage, refill coffee pods and made bed half assed. The room itself was fine, nothing extra ordinary. Shampoo dispenser kept……

“The restaurant, coffee service, and breakfast staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and truly delivered an excellent guest experience. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. I was surprised that my valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license was not accepted, and the focus seemed to be on what couldn’t be done rather than finding a solution. The front desk team would benefit from additional training on what it means to deliver a world-class guest experience by listening,……

“Clean modern room with a good size balcony, the restaurant area is nice where they served some really good breakfast with a good amount of options which you can enjoy while taking in a view of sarande. Also got a rooftop which is a nice spot to relax and lastly easy access to get down to the main roads for shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure 👌”
