"The first thing to note is that there are two hotels on the property - La Gazelle d'Or and La Coupole - and unless you are staying in a villa or a tent, your room will be in La Coupole which is a 3-star hotel at best. Rooms are dark and drab and lack basic amenities such as clothes hangers, a kettle, a hairdryer etc. Furthermore, bedroom doors must be slammed shut or they won't fully close. If the hotel was full, I suspect this would become a major noise issue for guests. As a guest at La...

This is a newer hotel with a great location in the busy city of Tlemcen. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, hot water copious, and the price very attractive. In a city where there are chain hotels in remote locations, the Grand Basskn puts you where the action is, with a bonus of being across rhe street from a lovely park. Do not pass this one by!

Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. Keep it up and best of luck to all...

This hotel was perfect. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Property is well maintained and clean. I have stayed at other AZ hotel locations but this is the best one by far! The only bad thing is making an appointment for spa services. Only one person handles that and is not there all day. But the spa services were top notch!
