“The property is stunning, and the views are fabulous! I also noticed that the beds are very comfortable, everyone slept well. Overall, we have had a brilliant stay. The only thing I would mention, is considering the amount of money spent, I was surprised with how much was asked of you to do before leaving as early as 10am, I also had an email saying don’t strip the beds, but a text message an hour before we have to be out, to say we did have to strip the beds? I would just make sure any text……

“Property was in a great location, 30mins walk into town! Lovely courtyard and off road parking for one car! Property was spacious, clean and tidy! The host was very slow at communicating and then Expedia held up the last payment 2 hours before arrival. “Very central apartment and nice inside but not really big enough for 4 people. No storage space for clothes etc and sofa could not accommodate four people. Very limited cooking equipment (only one frying pan - no other pots for cooking). Pictures on booking site misleading- main picture is of hot tub and roof terrace leading me to believe it was shared between guests but in fact was only for guests in penthouse suite. Very noisy during the night with bin collections and glass/bottle……

"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."

"The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped me go downstairs with my husband. I must give a big "thank you" to this kind gentleman. I suggest a wheelchair should be added in your hotel to move those in need. Ramps would also be helpful for visitors moving their luggage in such an old building."
