Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Novotel Milton Keynes. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and all the amenities we needed, including a kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and an ironing board. The staff of the hotel were phenomenal. The food served at every meal was delicious. A highly recommend this property.

Spacious rooms with relatively new upgrades to be sure — so no complaints in room experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful, too. Please note that the property is a dated 1990s layout and architecture and styling. It’s all in serviceable, acceptable condition — just a few decades dated.

The reception staff was all amazing, very friendly and very helpful, night staff helped with any queries I had through the night also! Room was lovely, king size bed was great, sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but can’t really moan for a sofa bed, lovely sized bathroom and great lighting in both rooms! Pool and steam room was also lovely and clean with once again friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend and if I go back to the same area I would definitely stay again! :)

The property is almost on Silverstone racetrack and the rack was busy the whole time. Lots of small, very fast, racecars plus other tricked out cars watched from the roof deck or the restuarant. The accommodation is spacious, interesting and comfortable, there are sculptures scattered through the grounds and each "room" has a deck or balcony with views of interesting landscaping or for more money fantastic views of the track. A lovely property. Wish I had known that there was no AC. A fan was not enough to keep the room cool in August!

Excellent modern property. Not real easy to get to reception area if you’re driving. A bit confusing when you pull up and it’s a busy corner to be confused.

Best hotel ever

This hotel is very clean and modern. Lots of (paid) parking available.

Food was great at the restaurants. Both dinner & Breakfast. Exceeded expectations!

Rectory Farm is a very pretty hotel on an idyllic yet very conveniently located property. I've stayed with them twice and look forward to doing it again.
