“Sixth time visiting here, first time with the name change and its still just as good. Love the new neon sign outside. Staff were very friendly, check in was nice and quick at the self check in machines and the rooms are clean and spacious for the price.”

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”

“如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！”

“I was concerned after reading reviews however I didn't need to be. There was a large car park with ample parking. The reception was nice and welcoming and the receptionist very friendly. We were on the second floor which we took the lift to. The corridors were clean and smelt fresh our room was a quadruple room for the 3 of us, it was adequate, clean, smelt fresh and the beds were comfortable. We had kettle with tea and coffee provided, the bathroom had small bottles of shampoo and body wash……
