They said they had ice, it was broken, the map at the counter of the front desk indicates there is an on site laundry facility, there isn't. For me personally it was an average night at a mediocre hotel, that we happened to get lucky with great scenery. The gentleman at the counter was really really nice though so that made it a lot easier to digest. "
