“The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the……

“Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina. Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work! Fun little……

“New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Really a unique experience, sleeping in a true Soviet Union bunker. The history aspect and the bunker is fascinating and incredibly well-preserved, Highly recommend for an authentic adventurous experience. However, just know that you’ll likely not get a great night’s sleep. Any sounds made echo throughout the entire corridor all night (in our case, it was four young guys who’d been out drinking till late). “Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb des Stausee s. Der See ist fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren eine Nacht da auf der Durchreise. Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da. Wir haben auch den Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Innenpool genutzt, wobei dieser nicht sehr groß ist und dementsprechend voll war. Zimmer mit Balkon (Blick auf den Tennisplatz) war in Ordnung. Bad war modern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
