“Comfortable property but property looks tired and food is not great. Staff gets an A”

“酒店環境不錯，泳池祇供房客使用，因泳池不大，過瀘系統出來水質不太好，因我在早上開池就用上，水太混濁不清。向泳池客房會太大噪音，早餐比其他酒店很不錯，但餐廳枱上供客人使用配置不足，例如調味用品不是每張枱上都有。這次入住我早在2月尾已訂好豪華房，但入住時沒有大床給我，要兩日后才說有大床房給我，但第三日因太夜回酒店，第四日早餐后跟酒店要回大床房，但告知我祇有1晚可用，明天要搬回2張的房，因那房要有客人訂了，那我早在2月前訂的為什麼沒給我，真不知是什麼服務。到最後是提供了一間普通客房給我，算了我不跟他們計，不想影響心情。大堂服務員要多加培訓。”

“If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some……

“This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I can't wait to go back. ”

“I was so disappointed with the shower in my room..I had a long flight from the US and looking forward to have shower but the water pressure was so bad I ended up not taking shower my whole stay ..I would rather have them put a bucket and kabo in the shower it would be better and I saw two small cockroach one in the bathroom and one in closet..”
