“The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. ”

“This is a charming house, full.of all sorts of antique furnitue and cute decor. The master bedroom, dining room and living room are particularly spacious so easy to get comfortable. Best part is the outdoor covered patio with a stunning view lookingo ver the mountains and fields full of kangaroos. Evelin and Rob kindly supply some bird seed so parrots and rosellas come right up on the porch. They are terrific hosts and very responsive to any question.A quiet, enjoyable retreat in the Dadenong……

“We recently had the opportunity to stay at a lovely large house that boasted a spacious kitchen and central heating and cooling, making it quite comfortable for our group. However, our experience was marred by several issues that need addressing. While the house itself was impressive, we were disappointed to find that the all-white towels provided were stained and had hairs on them. Fortunately, we found some bleach and were able to wash them ourselves. More concerning was the condition of……
