“The food at the hotel is a really good standard especially given that it is all inclusive. There is food almost constantly from 7am through to 10pm should you want it. The location is excellent, right next to Bridgetown and Pebbles beach and a short drive to oistins. Only small issue is that after the evening entertainment finishes at 11pm the hotel is very quiet Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it ”

“The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel.”

“The rooms were a good size and the facilities themselves were nice. The staff in the calabash restaurant were kind and welcoming and the staff up early in the morning cleaning the pool were friendly. Nice location at a reasonable cost. Beach was clean and well maintained as were the public areas. Shame that the kids pool was in the shade most of the afternoon and you couldn’t use the main pool as it is adults only. Also, we had a bit of a bug problem in our kitchen area. Small cockroach……

“The beach from where i was was poor. Shuttle bus from airport was a no show The shower needs grab bars for seniors in case of slippage in the shower. Side walks need an area where seniors can drag luggage as is we have to lift or depend on staff or drivers to lift. At entrance to check in to hotel Just 1 grade from hotel to street. ”

“This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.”

“Front Desk Staff-Amazingly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, beach-front perfect. Restaurant service could use a bit more training. Servers were slow to assist and a few drink and food orders were missed. Overall, 10 out of 10, especially hotel pricing. Evidently April is off-season, so I lucked out!”

“As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear.……

“Overall, our stay was less than average. We stayed for 5 nights and I killed 2 roaches within that timeframe. The majority of the staff that we came into contact with was rude! The beds are also very uncomfortable. We will not be back to this particular resort in the future.”
