“Hotel had mold and water leakage everywhere...we were switched to 3 different rooms... no water to flush the toilet and no water to shower or brush our teeth.... no beach to swim either since it's dangerous ...restaurants were closed because only 15 people were at the resort ... and they were also complaining to leave the resort and go somewhere else....we packed our bags and paid out of pocket to go to another hotel ...this was very dissapointing and unacceptable.”

The rooms are beautiful, and honestly, the pictures do them no justice. However, given the size of the property, I feel it would be better classified as a boutique hotel. It is very small compared with the average Royalton property. The welcome gift was a small bottle of rum. We are accustomed to……

“Our stay was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived .The property itself is beautiful, and the ocean views are stunning. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were super helpful all around and made our experience wonderful. Our only critique is the bathroom setup—water tends to leak onto the floor during showers, and the sliding door layout means you have to choose between closing off the shower or the toilet room.
