“This is the worst place to stay at in Barbados. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. Not helpful at all. Can you believe I was locked out of my room for 2 days and they claimed the fix the door and yet both days I’ve encountered problems entering my room that I paid thousands for. I’ve asked for clean bath towels, I was told that the hotel ran out of towels and their laundry did not arrived as yet. I asked for bottle water and was told to go and fill my empty bottles. “The rooms were cleaned twice per week; I would recommend to do this every other day. Even twice per week, they forget to clean the floors. They also forget to regularly fill up amenities such as coffee, milk, soap, shampoo. For me this was the 1st time to encounter a hotel that it was challenging to get enough shampoo. The beach is close by, however can be rough and difficult to swim in. The breakfast options where limited a la carte; 50% was not available. If want a perfect experience in……
