“This is the worst place to stay at in Barbados. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. Not helpful at all. Can you believe I was locked out of my room for 2 days and they claimed the fix the door and yet both days I’ve encountered problems entering my room that I paid thousands for. I’ve asked for clean bath towels, I was told that the hotel ran out of towels and their laundry did not arrived as yet. I asked for bottle water and was told to go and fill my empty bottles.
